Pole Dancing is also beautiful, and sensual as well as athletic; it’s your “ME” time to enjoy being the SEXY, sometimes silly, wonderfully unique women you are! THIS is the most fun you can have while getting a GREAT workout!
At Body by Pole the focus is on safely teaching pole dance moves, spins and floor work, while providing a fun way to workout. The Pole Dance Studio is located in Tempe AZ, near the 101 and 202 interchange, making it easily accessible to all areas of the Phoenix valley.
At Body by Pole you will always have your own pole and the freedom to develop your own style. Everyone progresses at their own pace, so classes are kept small to insure that your instructor has the opportunity to work with you one on one and help you reach your own personal goals. You are never required to touch your self, remove clothing, or express your self in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable, and nudity is never allowed. Classes are fun and loose in nature, some students will be more comfortable with sensual movements. Everyone dances differently and should have the freedom to move how ever they are comfortable.
